Permissions in the team

The Agent may only do for someone what that person may do in the workspace themselves. An editor with the User role can’t ask it to publish a post.

What each role can do with the Agent

Role	Can do with the Agent
User	read: files, documents, SITE, posts, links, calendar. Plus add appointments and have things remembered
Moderator	plus Twitch and StreamElements
Technician	plus integrations and domains
Editor, Superuser	plus change content: links, SITE, posts, documents, files
Creator, Admin	everything in the workspace
Owner	everything

You assign the role under Einstellungen → Mitglieder (Settings → Members), see Team & roles.

For the whole workspace: Einstellungen → Features (Settings → Features), switch off the Agent. Admins and owners can do this.
Just for you: Einstellungen → Persönlich (Settings → Personal), hide the Agent.

Everyone in the workspace shares the memory.
