HUB holds your team’s files and texts. You find it in the sidebar under Tools.

Files

Under HUB → Dateien (Files) you upload files and sort them into folders. Big videos up to 10 GB work too. They play right in the browser, without downloading everything first.

Documents

Under HUB → Dokumente (Documents) you write scripts, notes or concepts. Your team writes in the same document at the same time.

Sharing

Share a file

Open the file and create a share link. Anyone with the link can view and download the file, even without an oxom account.

Collect files

Under HUB → Teilen (Share) you create an Upload-Link (upload link). Others use it to upload files to you without needing an account. Handy for raw footage from guests.
You see all shared links under HUB → Teilen and can switch them off there.

Handoffs

Someone delivers something to you, e.g. an editor a finished cut? With an Übergabe (handoff) you get the file and pay right there, via Stripe. No invoices going back and forth.
