Set up a passkey

Under Passkeys you sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or a security key from then on. No password that anyone can intercept.

Two-factor sign-in

Under Zwei-Faktor-Anmeldung (Two-factor sign-in) you connect an authenticator app. Then a stolen password is no longer enough.
Do both if you’re an owner. Whoever gets into your account gets into your workspace.

What else you can set

You see something under Angemeldete Geräte that you don’t recognize? Sign it out and change your password.

How to recognize real oxom emails

  • Emails from oxom come from @oxom.de or @email.oxom.de.
  • I never ask you for your password or a sign-in code by email.
  • If in doubt: don’t click. Open app.oxom.de yourself.

Delete your account

At the very bottom, under Konto löschen (Delete account), you delete your oxom account with all sign-in data. This cannot be undone. If you’re the owner of a workspace, cancel first, see Billing.
