# Build your page

> Profile, socials and links for your SITE.

Everything here happens under **SITE → Bearbeiten** (edit). Nothing is saved on its own: as soon as you change something, a bar with **Speichern** (save) and **Verwerfen** (discard) appears at the bottom. If you leave the page with unsaved changes, oxom asks.

## Profile

| Field | What goes in | Limit |

| **URL** | your address `oxom.site/@yourname`, view only | |

The arrow in the URL field opens your page. **Eigene Domain nutzen** (use your own domain) takes you to [Publishing and domain](https://learn.oxom.de/en/werkzeuge/site/domain.md).

### Profile picture

**1. Open the dialog**

Next to the profile, click **Bild ändern** (change image).

**2. Choose an image**

**Bild hochladen** (upload image) or paste an address under **Oder Bild-Adresse** (or image address). Then **Übernehmen** (apply).

Square images look best. PNG, JPG, WebP and GIF up to 2 MB are allowed. oxom resizes the image itself, you don't have to prepare anything. Without an image your page shows the first letter of your name.

## Socials

Six fixed fields: **Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, X** and **Discord**. Enter the full address of your profile in each, e.g. `https://youtube.com/@yourname`. Empty fields don't appear on your page.

Shortly after you type, oxom checks the profile and shows a badge in the field if it fits:

* **Twitch:** partner
* **Discord:** partner or verified server
* **YouTube:** verified, from 100,000 subscribers

On your page the socials appear as round icons below your text.

## Links

**1. Add a link**

Click **Link hinzufügen** (add link).

**2. Title and address**

**Titel** (title) is what's on the button, e.g. “My shop”. **Adresse** (address) has to start with `https://`.

**3. Check the logo**

The website's logo appears in front of the address automatically. If it doesn't fit, click it and choose another option (see below).

**4. Save**

Click **Speichern** in the bar at the bottom.

Every link has these buttons:

| Button | What happens |
| - | - |
| **Ausblenden / Einblenden** (hide / show) | The link stays saved but isn't on your page |
| **Nach oben / Nach unten** (up / down) | change the order |
| **Entfernen** (remove) | delete the link |
| **Werbung** (advertising) | Visitors see the notice “Werbung” on the link. Tick it for paid links |

You can create up to **24 links**. Feeds under [Neueste Inhalte](https://learn.oxom.de/en/werkzeuge/site/neueste-inhalte.md) (latest content) count toward that.

### The logo on the link

When you click the logo, you have three options:

* **Standard** (default): the logo of the website the link goes to
* **Logo einer Marke** (a brand's logo): useful if the link runs through a short link or a shop. Enter e.g. `spotify.com` and click **Übernehmen**
* **Eigenes Bild** (your own image): square, ideally 512 × 512 px, PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF up to 1 MB

**Zurücksetzen** (reset) brings back the default logo. If oxom finds no logo, you see a notice. Without a logo the button only shows the first letter.

### Scheduled links

A link can appear at a specific time and disappear again, e.g. for a drop. Before the start, visitors see a countdown, but neither target nor logo. After the end the link is gone. In the editor such links show **Geplant** (scheduled).

You create scheduled links via the Agent (“Put the link to the drop on my page tomorrow at 6 pm”) or in the [Code Builder](https://learn.oxom.de/en/werkzeuge/link/code-builder.md) via **Zu SITE hinzufügen** (add to SITE). In the editor itself you can't set start and end.

## Show as an example

At the very bottom of the editor you can allow me to show your page as an example, on creator.oxom.de, on oxom.site and in posts by oxom. This is voluntary and can be taken back at any time with **Widerrufen** (revoke). Owners, creators and admins can change it.
