# Manage links

> Search, change, archive, delete and restore.

## The overview

At the top of **LINK → Übersicht** (overview) there are four numbers: **Klicks gesamt** (total clicks), how many links were clicked in the last 7 and 30 days, and your **Top-Link**.

Below that you find:

| Tool | What it does |

| **Filter** | by status (Aktiv, Geplant, Archiviert, Alle: active, scheduled, archived, all), domain and group |
| **Suche** (search) | searches ending, target, title and description, including archived and scheduled links |
| **+ Gruppe** (group) | create a new group |
| **Importieren** (import) | bring in links from other services |

Each row shows the logo of the target page, the short link, the target, the clicks and when it was last clicked.

## What you can do with a link

In every row:

* **Kopieren** (copy): copies the finished short link
* **Info:** opens the details
* **Weitere Aktionen** (more actions): QR code, pin, group, move up/down, delete

**Anpinnen** (pin) puts the link on your home page in the workspace, under “Angepinnt” (pinned).

## The details of a link

Click **Info**. A panel opens on the right. Every change is saved as soon as you leave the field or press Enter.

| **Kurzlink** (short link) | change the ending |
| **Ziel-URL** (target URL) | change the target. All shared short links and QR codes lead there from then on |
| **Aktiv / Archiviert** (active / archived) | archived links don't redirect but stay saved |
| **Live ab** (live from) | set a start time or remove it with **Sofort** (now) |
| **Für @oxomAPP** (for @oxomAPP) | whether the public oxom bot may share the link, e.g. in the Twitch chat. Off is the default |
| **Gruppe** (group) | file it |
| **Beschreibung** (description) | internal note, only for you and your team |

Below that are **Klicks** (clicks) and **Zuletzt geklickt** (last clicked), when the link was created and who last edited it.

### Activity and undo

Under **Aktivität** (activity) every change to the link is listed with name and time. If someone changed the target by mistake, **Rückgängig** (undo) brings back the old state.

> Changes reach all visitors within about 30 seconds at most.

## Archive or delete

* **Archivieren** (archive) stops the redirect, the link stays in the list. With **Aktiv** (active) you switch it back on.
* **Löschen** (delete) removes the link from the list. For 30 days you find it in the tab **Zuletzt gelöscht** (recently deleted) and bring it back with **Wiederherstellen** (restore).

Archived, deleted and not yet started links send visitors to your [fallback target](https://learn.oxom.de/en/werkzeuge/link/einstellungen.md#when-a-link-does-not-redirect).

## Outage-proof

Your short links keep running, even if something is off at oxom. A copy of all links is kept separately with a second provider and updated every 5 minutes. During an outage, however, clicks are not counted.
