# HUB

> Files, documents and handoffs in one place.

HUB holds your team's files and texts. You find it in the sidebar under **Tools**.

## Files

Under **HUB → Dateien** (Files) you upload files and sort them into folders. Big videos up to 10 GB work too. They play right in the browser, without downloading everything first.

## Documents

Under **HUB → Dokumente** (Documents) you write scripts, notes or concepts. Your team writes in the same document at the same time.

## Sharing

**1. Share a file**

Open the file and create a share link. Anyone with the link can view and download the file, even without an oxom account.

**2. Collect files**

Under **HUB → Teilen** (Share) you create an **Upload-Link** (upload link). Others use it to upload files to you without needing an account. Handy for raw footage from guests.

You see all shared links under **HUB → Teilen** and can switch them off there.

## Handoffs

Someone delivers something to you, e.g. an editor a finished cut? With an **Übergabe** (handoff) you get the file and pay right there, via Stripe. No invoices going back and forth.
