# Via WhatsApp

> Use the Agent on the go from your phone.

Once you link your number, you message the Agent on WhatsApp. It replies briefly and phone-friendly and can do the same as in the workspace.

## Linking your number

**1. Open settings**

**Einstellungen → WhatsApp** (Settings → WhatsApp).

**2. Enter your number**

Under **WhatsApp-Nummer** (WhatsApp number) enter your number with digits only, without `+`, e.g. `4917612345678`. Optionally an **Anzeigename** (display name). Then **Verknüpfen** (link).

**3. Confirm**

Under **Nummer bestätigen** (confirm number) there is a code. Within 15 minutes, send `oxom` and the code from your WhatsApp to the number shown, e.g. `oxom 123456`.

**4. Done**

The Agent replies that your number is linked. From now on you just message it.

## Confirming actions

If the Agent wants to do something that needs a [confirmation](https://learn.oxom.de/en/werkzeuge/agent/bestaetigen.md), it asks you in the chat. Reply with:

* **yes**, ok, okay or 👍 to run it
* **no**, stop or 👎 to discard it

The request is valid for 15 minutes.

## Multiple workspaces

If you're in several workspaces:

* `/change` shows a numbered list. Reply with the number to switch.
* `/set` makes the current workspace your default.

## Good to know

* Text only. Images, voice messages and files it doesn't process on WhatsApp.
* Each message stands on its own. It doesn't remember your last WhatsApp message. So put everything important into one message. What it has [remembered](https://learn.oxom.de/en/werkzeuge/agent/gedaechtnis.md) it still knows.
* **Verknüpfung entfernen** (remove link) is in the same place in the settings.
