# Permissions in the team

> Who in the team may do what with the Agent, and how to switch it off.

The Agent may only do for someone what that person may do in the workspace themselves. An editor with the User role can't ask it to publish a post.

## What each role can do with the Agent

| Role | Can do with the Agent |
| - | - |
| **User** | read: files, documents, SITE, posts, links, calendar. Plus add appointments and have things remembered |
| **Moderator** | plus Twitch and StreamElements |
| **Technician** | plus integrations and domains |
| **Editor, Superuser** | plus change content: links, SITE, posts, documents, files |
| **Creator, Admin** | everything in the workspace |
| **Owner** | everything |

You assign the role under **Einstellungen → Mitglieder** (Settings → Members), see [Team & roles](https://learn.oxom.de/en/konto/team.md).

## Switching the Agent off

* **For the whole workspace:** **Einstellungen → Features** (Settings → Features), switch off the Agent. Admins and owners can do this.
* **Just for you:** **Einstellungen → Persönlich** (Settings → Personal), hide the Agent.

## Good to know

* Everyone in the workspace shares the [memory](https://learn.oxom.de/en/werkzeuge/agent/gedaechtnis.md).
* What the Agent ran after a confirmation, admins and owners see under **Einstellungen → Logs** (Settings → Logs).
