# The Agent

> Your assistant in the workspace. Ask it something or give it a task.

The Agent knows your workspace: links, SITE, posts, files, documents, calendar and the tools you've connected. You write normally, as you would to a colleague, and it gets it done or tells you what's missing. Anything that goes out, it only does after your yes.

## Where to find it

* **Übersicht** (overview): the field “Frag den Agent…” (ask the Agent) at the top, plus suggestions like “Kürze einen Link” (shorten a link)
* **Sidebar → Agent**, or the **Agent** button at the top right in every area
* **⌘K:** type your question and choose “… den Agent fragen” (ask the Agent)
* **SOCIAL → Editor:** “Mit dem Agent schreiben” (write with the Agent) creates a post draft directly
* **WhatsApp:** on the go from your phone, see [Via WhatsApp](https://learn.oxom.de/en/werkzeuge/agent/whatsapp.md)

## A few examples

* “Make me a short link for my new video.”
* “How often was my shop link clicked this week?”
* “Write a post about tonight's stream and schedule it for 6 pm.”
* “Put the link to the drop on my SITE from Friday 6 pm.”
* “Summarize the briefing from the HUB for me.”
* “When are we all free for a meeting this week?”
* “Translate the video description into English.”
* “Is yourname.link still available?”
