# Getting access

> oxom is invite only. How you get from your application to your own workspace.

You only get an oxom account after approval. This keeps spam and throwaway accounts out, and I know who works in the workspace.

## From application to account

**1. Request access**

Open [oxom.de/request-access](https://oxom.de/request-access). Enter your channel, e.g. YouTube or Twitch, pick a category and write briefly what you want to use oxom for.

**2. Confirm the principles**

You confirm that you follow the principles on content and brands. Without that, the request doesn't go out.

**3. I review it**

I check every request myself, including whether the channel really belongs to you. This can take a few days.

**4. Invite by email**

Once you're approved, you get an email from `welcome@email.oxom.de` with your sign-in link. If something is unclear, just reply to the email.

> [!NOTE]
>
> You work for a creator, e.g. as an editor or designer? Then you don't need your own application. Have the creator invite you to their workspace, see [Team & roles](https://learn.oxom.de/en/konto/team.md).

## If you were invited

Someone invited you to their workspace? Click the link in the invite email and sign in. You land straight in the workspace. You don't need an application.

## Two ways in

| | For whom | What's inside |
| - | - | - |
| **Creator Starter Pack** | for trying things out, free | oxom.link (short links), oxom.site (page for your bio) and the Giftcode Builder |
| **oxom for Creator** | when you need more | the full workspace with all tools and your team |

The Starter Pack also requires approval. You can switch at any time.
