# Your workspace

> First sign-in, the sidebar and your home page.

Your workspace is your place in oxom. It lives at `app.oxom.de/yourname`. Everything you create belongs to the workspace, and your team works in it with you.

## Signing in

**1. Open app.oxom.de**

Sign in with the email address your invite went to. You then land straight in your workspace.

**2. Intro tour**

The first time, a short tour shows you the most important places. You can start it again later under **Einstellungen → Persönlich** (Settings → Personal).

> [!TIP]
>
> With a passkey, you then sign in with Face ID or Touch ID. You set this up in your [account](https://learn.oxom.de/en/konto/sicherheit.md).

## The sidebar

On the left you see the **Seitenleiste** (sidebar). From top to bottom:

* **Übersicht, Kalender, Agent** (Overview, Calendar, Agent): your home page, who is free when, and your assistant.
* **Tools:** LINK, SITE, SOCIAL, HUB, SECRETS. Under **mehr** (more) you find everything else, e.g. the integrations.
* **At the bottom:** Postfach, Nachrichten, Support, Feedback and Einstellungen (Inbox, Messages, Support, Feedback and Settings).

Click a tool and the sidebar shows its subpages, e.g. QR codes and Analytics for LINK. With **zurück** (back) you return to the main view.

## The overview

The **Übersicht** (overview) is your home page. At the top you ask the Agent something or give it a task. Below that you see your numbers for the week, e.g. link clicks, your next stream and your latest video. You can pin pages you use often.

## Jump quickly

Press <kbd>⌘</kbd> <kbd>K</kbd> (Mac) or <kbd>Strg</kbd> <kbd>K</kbd> (Windows) to open search. Type a few letters, e.g. “qr”, and you're there.

## Several workspaces

Are you a member of several workspaces, e.g. your own and another creator's? Switch via your profile menu → **Workspace wechseln** (Switch workspace).
