# Account & security

> Secure your sign-in, keep an eye on your devices, delete your account.

Your account applies to all workspaces you're a member of. You manage it at [app.oxom.de/account](https://app.oxom.de/account).

## Secure your sign-in

**1. Set up a passkey**

Under **Passkeys** you sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or a security key from then on. No password that anyone can intercept.

**2. Two-factor sign-in**

Under **Zwei-Faktor-Anmeldung** (Two-factor sign-in) you connect an authenticator app. Then a stolen password is no longer enough.

> [!TIP]
>
> Do both if you're an owner. Whoever gets into your account gets into your workspace.

## What else you can set

| Section | What |
| - | - |
| **Profil** (Profile) | name and image, how others see you in oxom |
| **E-Mail-Adressen** (Email addresses) | the primary address gets sign-in codes and notices |
| **Passwort** (Password) | set, change or remove it |
| **Verbundene Konten** (Connected accounts) | sign in with another account instead of an email code |
| **Angemeldete Geräte** (Signed-in devices) | where you're signed in right now |

You see something under **Angemeldete Geräte** that you don't recognize? Sign it out and change your password.

## How to recognize real oxom emails

* Emails from oxom come from `@oxom.de` or `@email.oxom.de`.
* I never ask you for your password or a sign-in code by email.
* If in doubt: don't click. Open app.oxom.de yourself.

A list of all official oxom domains is on [oxom.de/safety](https://oxom.de/safety).

## Delete your account

At the very bottom, under **Konto löschen** (Delete account), you delete your oxom account with all sign-in data. This cannot be undone. If you're the owner of a workspace, cancel first, see [Billing](https://learn.oxom.de/en/konto/abrechnung.md).
