# Frequently asked questions

> Short answers to the most common questions.

> **How do I get access?**
>
> By applying at [oxom.de/request-access](https://oxom.de/request-access). I look at every request myself. More under [Getting access](https://learn.oxom.de/en/start/zugang.md).

> **What does oxom cost?**
>
> Billing is per workspace, not per person. Your whole team is included. You get the price with your approval.

> **How many people can I invite?**
>
> As many as you like. There is no limit.

> **My editor wants to join. Does he need his own application?**
>
> No. Invite him to your workspace under **Einstellungen → Mitglieder** (Settings → Members). See [Team & roles](https://learn.oxom.de/en/konto/team.md).

> **Can I bring my page over from another provider?**
>
> Yes. In the SITE editor, enter the address of your old page under **Umziehen** (Move). See [Moving](https://learn.oxom.de/en/werkzeuge/site/umziehen.md).

> **Can I change a link's target after the link is already out there?**
>
> Yes. The short link stays the same, only the target changes. See [Managing links](https://learn.oxom.de/en/werkzeuge/link/verwalten.md).

> **Does the Agent just post things in my name?**
>
> No. Anything that goes out, it only does after your clear yes.

> **Do I need an imprint on my page?**
>
> In Germany, usually yes. A c/o address is enough. See [Imprint and contact](https://learn.oxom.de/en/werkzeuge/site/impressum.md).

> **Is there a phone app?**
>
> Not yet. The workspace is built for the computer. Your SITE and your short links of course work on any phone. On the go, you reach the Agent via [WhatsApp](https://learn.oxom.de/en/werkzeuge/agent/whatsapp.md).

> **How do I cancel?**
>
> At [oxom.de/kuendigen](https://oxom.de/kuendigen), with no minimum term.
